What’s your process for helping me downsize and move?

Here are the steps:

  • Visit your new home and take measurements to get a sense of how to arrange the space

  • Visit your current home and access what you have that would transfer well into your new home

  • Arrange a moving company

  • Arrange an estate sale if appropriate

  • Spend multiple days with you to determine what to move, donate, and throw away

  • Pack what you’re taking (I provide all packing supplies!)

  • Meet the movers at your home the day of the move to give them guidance about what to take

  • Meet the movers at your new home to place the furniture

  • Unpack all of your boxes, organize your closets, bathroom, and kitchen, hang curtains and art, get your bed ready

By that evening, your new home will be completely ready and lovely! You just walk in.

can i afford an interior stylist?

Absolutely! Just give me your budget and I will work from there.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY MORE THAN YOUR ESTIMATE?

Never. The price I give you is the price you will pay. Period. No unexpected surprises.

Will I have to buy everything new?

You won’t! With creative furniture arrangement and styling, I will make what you already own look fresh and lovely. It’s one of my deep beliefs that the most beautiful homes are the ones filled with treasures, memories, and lived-in pieces. I guarantee you will be amazed at how transformed your home can be. Of course, if you prefer, we can start from scratch.
